Through his career, Rafael was the Chief Agent and Team Leader for FIVE successful South American high risk security details entailing THREE high profile South American principals. The environments included the jungles of Colombia, Venezuela and Brazil. Two of the details were in conjunction with the FBI and DEA. Applying his skills and leadership against Mercenaries in an extreme high risk and threatening environment, Rafael led his teams to a 100% success ratio and NO casualties. Exposure to that environment was an invaluable experience and a true test of Kokoro.
